In Case of Emergency: Drugs, Earthquakes, Queerness

Casual Encounters is pleased to launch the English translation of 'In Case of Emergency' by Mahsa Mohebali, translated by Mariam Rahmani.

The event will open with readings by Christina Catherine Martinez and z.No scott. in conversation with the novel's themes of drugs, earthquakes and queerness, followed by writer-translator Mariam Rahmani reading from the novel. Q&A with Rahmani to follow.
